Job ContextThe key challenge of the position is to support the achievement of company objectives while safeguarding employees interests and entitlements.Key Result Areas1) Develop and lead the implementation of Governance Strategy across the Compensation & Benefits HR Analytics Shared Services and Process Excellence functions that is aligned to EKFCs business strategy to support the overarching goal of a high functioning delivery driven HR department.2) Provide operational leadership in the design development implementation and communication of all C&B programs HR policies and practices HR analytics and Shared Services to ensure they remain sustainable scalable and have an impact on the long and shortterm performance of the organization.3) Oversee the identification and support to the business with accurate HR analytics to influence decision making and monitor business impact and effectiveness.4) Responsible for the overall design and successful delivery of HR transactional processes and drive continuous process improvement in the scope of services provided to the business.5) Maintain detailed knowledge of industry trends best practices and government legislation factoring in the impact to effectively recommend tactical or strategic changes where required to ensure EKFCs compensation and benefits are competitive and in compliance with the relevant regulation.6) Develop and motivate the team to improve team performance and enhance capability by instilling a strong team member focused mindset to ensure adherence to policies governance and delivery of an exceptional experience to employees at all levels.7) Manage the HRProcess Excellence function to continuously improve HR processes by identifying areas for improvement developing and implementing improvement plans and measuring the impact of those improvements. Ensure relevant changes/updates are communicated and embedded through training and coaching throughout the organisation.Uphold organisational success through proactive HR governance ensuring compliance best practices and strategic alignment.Knowledge Skills & Minimum ExperienceEducation QualificationBachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or similar is required.Work Experience Minimum nine (9) years of experience in human resource management Functional knowledge of HR centres of excellenceCompetencies Peoplecentric approach with a sense of fairness transparency appropriate level of empathy and compassion. Resilience to deal with challenging situations and the ability to work through challenges in a constructive and positive manner.SkillsAbility to communicate and articulate thoughts effectivelyProactive approachAbility to think strategicallyAbility to mentorAttention to detail & qualityStrong command of analytical data
