Job Description
Autonomous Management of the Tender Participation Process:
- Analysis of tender specifications and contractual documentation
- Ensuring the correct and timely management of economic, administrative, and technical documentation for tender participation
- Retrieval of documentation and management of documents related to the preparation of a tender/offering
- Preparation of economic offers in collaboration with the sales force
- Requesting surety bonds/bank statements and samples for the tender
- Drafting offers
- Submission of offers and/or tender documentation
- Contract management
- Management of extensions and improvements
- Correspondence with public entities
The Successful Applicant
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION:
- High school diploma/degree in administration
- Previous experience within a bidding office
- Good knowledge of the English language
SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in tender processes
- Knowledge of the regulations for tenders in the medical sector
- Good general knowledge and willingness to deepen knowledge in the field of tenders and contracts
- Excellent interpersonal and team-building skills
- Analytical abilities
- Strong focus on results and problem-solving
- Organizational skills, flexibility, determination, and the ability to work under stress
- Precision in meeting timelines and deadlines
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
