Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee the financial affairs of the facility, including preparing and analyzing financial statements.
- Direct the accounting staff to ensure timely and accurate performance in areas such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, and treasury management.
- Implement and maintain control procedures to ensure compliance with legal and fiscal regulations.
- Manage all records and accounts for periodic audits to ensure transparency and accuracy.
- Maintain strong inter-departmental relationships to foster confidence, integrity, and cooperation.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the team, including mentoring and development opportunities.
- Collaborate with the finance team and other stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives and operational efficiency.
- Serve as the primary liaison with legal and fiscal departments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Previous experience in a similar managerial role within the consumer goods industry is highly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required; advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in financial management, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Proficiency in SAP or similar accounting software required.
