Continuous Improvement Manager

The Successful Applicant

A successful Continuous Improvement Manager/Team Leader should have:

• A proven track record working within Engineering, Manufacturing, or FMCG.
• Knowledge and previous experience with 6-sigma/SPC techniques within process manufacturing
• Yellow Belt or above.
• Proficiency in performance metrics and project management tools.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying improvement opportunities.
• Good communication skills to effectively liaise with various departments.
• Previous experience in the implementation of lean structures, and application of Lean tools.
• Experience in supporting and delivering change management.
• A food science, engineering or bakery qualification attained at HND to degree level.
