Responsibilities
• Greet customers and assist them with scheduling service appointments for their vehicles.
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately document issues with their vehicles.
• Communicate with the service department to ensure timely and efficient completion of repairs or maintenance.
• Provide estimates for service and repair costs, obtain customer approval, and explain the work to be done.
• Upsell additional services or products based on manufacturer recommendations and customer needs.
• Keep customers informed of the status of their vehicles, including any delays or additional work needed.
• Process payments for services rendered and explain detailed invoices to customers.
