Supply Chain Coordinator

As a SRM Coordinator you will be responsible for managing and optimizing relationships with our suppliers to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of our supply chain. Your role will involve monitoring supplier performance and implementing strategies to enhance collaboration and drive continuous improvement. Other responsibilities will include:

• Manage supplier relationships through regular communication and collaboration.
  
• Assist in contract negotiation review and compliance.
  
• Evaluate supplier performance and implement improvement initiatives.
  
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment with supplier objectives.
  
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks.
  
• Drive continuous improvement in supplier processes and practices.
  
• Maintain accurate documents and generate reports.
  
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical standards.
  

Requirements

To be considered for the role you need to meet the following criteria:

• Bachelor s degree in business administration or a related field.
  
• Previous experience in supplier management or supply chain coordination.
  
• Strong communication negotiation and analytical skills
  
• Knowledge of contract management and supply chain principles.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
  
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
  
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment.
