Duties & Responsibilities
- Developing and executing strategic business development plans to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
- Identifying new business opportunities and potential partnerships within the media industry, including advertising agencies, brands, and digital platforms.
- Building and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to drive new business opportunities and expand existing accounts.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and creative departments to develop innovative solutions and proposals for clients.
- Leading and mentoring a team of business development professionals, providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve targets and objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven track record of success in business development or sales roles within the media industry, with at least 8-10 years of experience.
- Strong network of contacts within the media industry, including agencies, brands, and digital platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify market trends, assess competitive landscape, and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
- Leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve results.
