Your work will include but may not be limited to the following:
The Post Holder should be able to be work as part of a team and be willing to learn new skills and follow instructions from the Gatehouse Supervisor.
Ensure all Members / Members guests are greeted as per our Standard Operating Procedures with a warm welcome and with the utmost professionalism.
Ensure all telephone calls are answered as per our Standard Operating Procedure.
Ensure Gatehouse and Members waiting area is kept clean and tidy.
The Post Holder must ensure they are able to answer queries about all aspects of The Club.
Ensure all messages are taken in the format as requested from Reception Supervisor.
