What you will do:
Financial
- Receive payment by cash, check, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits. Follow the SOP pertaining to cash handling.
- Compute and recording transactions and ensuring 100% accuracy for all register transactions.
- Count and record the float before trading begins and upon close of trading.
- Cash handling and safe custody of collected cash.
- In-charge of all the cash transactions that takes place in Customer Service Point.
- Create and record entries for all the transactions daily and balance the books at the end of the day.
- Submit reports about the daily activity in the department.
- Report any discrepancies they find with the transactions.
Operations
- Maintain clean and orderly checkout areas.
- Ensure and maintain adequate stock of printed stationary at required stock level.
- Work efficiently and effectively in order to minimize queues.
- Cash handling and safe custody of collected cash.
Customer Satisfaction
- Compute and record transactions and ensuring 100% accuracy for all register transactions.
- Ensure that company's customers are well-attended to, assuring their needs is satisfied.

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:
Education: Degree in Commerce with Audit experience
Minimum Experience and Knowledge:
Minimum 3 years in a similar role preferably in the Retail industry.
