Plastic Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate plastic manufacturing operations including plastic injection molding and HDPE printing processes.
• Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining high quality standards and adhering to safety regulations.
• Train and mentor production staff on proper techniques and procedures for plastic manufacturing.
• Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot any issues to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
• Implement process improvements to enhance productivity reduce waste and optimize resources.
• Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure products meet specifications and customer requirements.
• Maintain inventory levels of raw materials and supplies required for production.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to develop new products and improve existing ones.
• Communicate with management to provide regular updates on production status performance metrics and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
• 5 to 7 years of experience in plastic manufacturing with a focus on plastic injection molding and HDPE printing.
• Proven experience in a supervisory role leading production teams and managing manufacturing operations.
• Indepth knowledge of plastic manufacturing processes equipment and materials.
• Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team.
• Detailoriented with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.
• Familiarity with UAE regulations and standards for plastic manufacturing
