Chief Technician Mechatronics - Industrialization

Key Accountabilities: • Lead/ establish a Industrialization & Production Engineering capability in the Development Engineering division. • Be a key member in product design reviews in order to influence the testability, reliability, availability, maintainability and produce-ability of the designs and products.. • Oversee the development of Tools, Jigs & Fixtures required in the manufacturing and acceptance testing of the various Sub-Assemblies as well as in the assembly process. • Gain product and design intent knowledge for industrialization and know-how transfer in order to form a bridge between development and production. • Review of the Engineering data pack and generation of the required technical documentation in order to ensure mature data packs for manufacturing and acceptance.
