Payment Settlement Assistant

Responsibilities

• Process and reconcile payments received from clients
• Monitor payment transactions and identify any discrepancies or errors
• Communicate with clients and resolve any payment-related issues in a timely manner
• Prepare and maintain accurate records of settlements and transactions
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure accurate and timely payment settlement processes
• Provide support in building and maintaining relationships with clients and financial institutions
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in payment technology
• Assist in the development and implementation of new payment processing systems and policies
  

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Payment Settlement Assistant or similar role
• Solid knowledge of financial regulations and payment processing procedures
• Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
