• Technical Expertise:
• Possess strong hands-on experience in installing, troubleshooting, and repairing Zebra/Honeywell handheld terminals, barcode printers, and related hardware.
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of networking and RF technology.
• Possess working knowledge of RFID systems (a plus).
• Customer Service:
• Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers.
• Attend and provide on-site and in-house service calls, involving potential outstation travel.
• Proactively follow up on customer satisfaction within assigned accounts.
• Sales and Administration:
• Prepare quotes and submit proposals for maintenance contracts and services.
