Responsibilities:
Manage the CEO's calendar, expertly scheduling meetings, appointments, handling travel arrangements, ensuring the CEO is fully aware of their daily agenda.
Coordinate between the CEO, staff, and external stakeholders, harmonizing communication and collaboration across departments.
Provide administrative and office support, such as typing, dictation, spreadsheet creation, faxing, and maintenance of filing system and contacts database.
Maintain effective systems and processes for simplified document management which includes digital documents.
