Additional responsibilities are shown below:
- Monitors incident tracking system for incident work orders assigned to Depot queue.
- Provide status updates to customers as requested for all open incidents.
- Accurately updates incident tickets to reflect process progression and closes/reassigns incident tickets upon completion.
- Builds, configures, and images all replacement Store back office, network related, and point of sale hardware.
- Accurately ships all outgoing hardware and keeps up to date package shipping logs.
