Warehouse Operations Manager - Deluxe Holiday Homes

Deluxe Holiday Homes is seeking a highly organized and detailoriented individual to join our Warehouse Operations department as a Warehouse Operations Manager. In this role you will be responsible for overseeing the daytoday operations of our warehouse ensuring efficient and effective processes are in place to meet our customers needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement endtoend warehouse and dispatch center processes including order management inventory control and distribution.
• Evaluate and select appropriate software solutions to optimize warehouse operations and dispatch management.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless coordination between different departments including procurement logistics and customer service.
• Lead and mentor a team of warehouse staff including dispatch coordinators to achieve operational excellence and meet performance targets.
• Develop and conduct training programs for warehouse staff on software applications related to inventory management and order fulfillment
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the efficiency and effectiveness of the Centralized Dispatch Center.
• Implement best practices for inventory management stock rotation and order fulfillment.
• Ensure compliance with safety security and quality standards in warehouse operations.
• Manage vendor relationships related to warehouse equipment and software providers.
• Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
• Prepare and present regular reports on warehouse performance to senior management

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business Logistics Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Proven experience in warehouse operations management including staff training and software implementation.
• Indepth knowledge of inventory management software and warehouse management systems.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving.
