Hill International provides program project and construction management services for clients in a range of sectors undertaking major construction projects across the world. Our services include cost engineering and estimating quality assurance inspection scheduling risk management and claims avoidance.

Job Overview:

As a Regional Talent Acquisition Analyst you will be pivotal in supporting the recruitment process leveraging data analytics to optimise talent acquisition strategies. You will collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team and other stakeholders to ensure efficient and effective hiring processes. This role requires a keen analytical mindset strong communication skills and the ability to provide datadriven insights to enhance recruitment efforts.

General Description of Role and Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and recommend improvements to streamline recruitment processes to capitalise on efficiencies and candidate experience.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in recruitment operations.
  • Project manage the implementation of automation tools and technologies to enhance workflow and reduce manual efforts.
  • Identify and champion areas for improvement and recommend strategies to enhance the overall recruitment process.
  • Analyse recruitment data including timetofill source effectiveness and candidate demographics.
  • Prepare regular reports and dashboards to provide insights into recruitment metrics and trends.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices sharing insights with the team.
  • Collect and analyse quantitative and qualitative data to track project progress and outcomes.
  • Contribute to the identification of challenges and opportunities
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align recruitment strategies with organisational goals.

Qualifications Experience Knowledge and Skills:

  • 5 to 10 years of experience as a business analyst
  • Preferably bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
  • Certification in HR or related field (e.g. PHR SHRMCP) is a plus.
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI
  • Familiarity with HR metrics and key performance indicators.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Preferred experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Detailoriented with strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Knowledge of recruitment marketing strategies.
