- Facilitate the smooth onboarding process for new hires, including conducting orientation sessions, collecting necessary paperwork, and coordinating training schedules.
- Manage day-to-day HR administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, updating databases, and handling employee inquiries.
- Oversee payroll processing activities, ensuring accurate and timely employee payment while adhering to relevant regulations and company policies.
- Ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations, including maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation and implementing necessary changes to HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee relations matters professionally and confidentially, including addressing grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary issues as they arise.
- Prepare and analyse HR-related reports and metrics.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to support hiring activities, including job posting, candidate screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating offer letters.
- Assist in coordinating training and development initiatives, including identifying training needs, scheduling sessions, and tracking employee participation.
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives to enhance HR processes, improve employee experience, and drive organisational effectiveness.
