Client: A leading health tech solutions provider in the UAE
Job Summary: The Emirati Executive Assistant/Administrator will provide administrative and operational support to the senior management of the client. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication organizational and problemsolving skills as well as a knowledge of the DHA/healthcare industry (not essential).
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage the calendar travel arrangements and correspondence of the senior management
- Prepare reports presentations and documents for internal and external meetings
- Coordinate and facilitate communication and collaboration among different departments and stakeholders
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Maintain and update records databases and filing systems
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the senior management
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Healthcare Administration or a related field
- Minimum of 12 years of experience as an executive assistant administrator or a similar role in a healthcare setting
- Fluent in Arabic and English both written and spoken
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
- Familiar with the UAE healthcare system regulations and policies
- Emirati nationality or valid UAE residency
- Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to multitask prioritize and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and accuracy
