Responsibilities:
* Warmly welcome guests ensuring a genuine and personalized first impression.
* Proactively assist guests with inquiries requests and any challenges they may encounter exceeding their expectations and fostering a positive stay.
* Provide accurate and insightful information about the hotels facilities services and surrounding area.
* Collaborate effectively with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and address any concerns promptly.
* Build rapport with guests fostering loyalty and encouraging positive online reviews.
* Document guest interactions and preferences for personalized service.
* Assist guests with language needs offering translation services when necessary.
Requirements
* Minimum 21 years of age (no upper age limit)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact confidently with diverse guests.
* Fluency in English and Russian (both written and spoken).
* Previous experience in hospitality or customer service (not mandatory but preferred).
* A problemsolving and detailoriented approach.
* Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritise multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Proficient in basic computer applications.
