The Associate Claims Admin - Submission - Revenue Operations is responsible to:
Ensure claims are validated in Post Office (DOH / DHA), generate pre-submission report for interdepartmental verification, and post-submission report for client confirmation.
Ensure submission of eClaims in Post Office, identify hard copy submissions, and submission via mail on need basis in compliance with payer-provider-regulatory SLAs.
Record and report monthly received vs submitted claim count and value.
This role may require working in shifts.
