The Real Estate Sales Executive is responsible for selling residential commercial or industrial properties. This role involves generating leads meeting with clients negotiating deals and guiding clients through the buying or selling process. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of the Dubai real estate market and excellent sales and communication skills.Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation:Identify and generate leads through various channels including networking referrals and online platforms.Follow up on leads and schedule appointments with potential clients.Client Meetings and Consultations:Meet with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.Provide information on available properties and market trends.Conduct property showings and site visits.Sales and Negotiations:Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements with buyers and sellers.Prepare and present offers to clients and manage counteroffers.Ensure all sales transactions are conducted in a professional and ethical manner.Market Research and Analysis:Stay updated on the Dubai real estate market including property values trends and new developments.Provide clients with accurate and uptodate market information.Documentation and Compliance:Assist clients with the preparation and submission of legal documents such as contracts and purchase agreements.Ensure all transactions comply with local real estate laws and regulations.Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the buying or selling process.Follow up with clients after sales to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.Marketing and Promotion:Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote properties.Create and distribute marketing materials such as brochures listings and online advertisements.Participate in property exhibitions open houses and other promotional events.Administrative Duties:Maintain accurate records of all sales activities client interactions and transactions.Update and manage customer databases and CRM systems.Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market trends.Qualifications and Skills:Bachelors degree in Business Administration Real Estate Marketing or a related field.Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Executive or similar role.Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market and local regulations.Excellent sales negotiation and communication skills.Ability to build and maintain client relationships.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage.Additional Requirements:Valid UAE driving license and access to a reliable vehicle.RERA certification or willingness to obtain it.Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
