• Greeting and seating guests with a warm and friendly demeanour
  
• Providing detailed information on menus and answering any questions guests may have
  
• Taking accurate orders and ensuring prompt delivery of meals and drinks
  
• Upselling additional services and products to guests
  
• Handling guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and tact
  
• Working effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service delivery
  

Requirements

• Possess a genuine passion for hospitality and a desire to provide exceptional service
  
• Are proficient in both Russian and English both written and spoken
  
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Maintain a professional and presentable appearance
  
• Are detailoriented and capable of working independently and as part of a team
  
• Are adaptable and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  
• Are flexible and willing to work shifts that include weekends and holidays
