Process reservations and ensure all necessary details are obtained and accurately recorded
Handle changes and cancellations to existing reservations following company policies and procedures
Maintain a high level of customer service by promptly and professionally addressing any customer concerns or issues
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations
Stay uptodate on current promotions packages and pricing to effectively sell our services to customers
Provide administrative support as needed including data entry and report generation
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
12 years of experience in a customer service or reservations role preferably in the travel or hospitality industry
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment
Proficient computer skills including experience with reservation systems and Microsoft Office
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
Strong problemsolving and conflict resolution skills
Knowledge of cruise ship industry and destinations is a plus
