An Image Processing Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing image processing algorithms and systems for various applications. The role requires a strong background in computer science, mathematics, and image processing techniques.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop image processing algorithms and systems for various applications, including image enhancement, restoration, segmentation, and registration.
- Optimize image processing techniques for better performance and accuracy.
- Analyze and interpret data from various sensors, cameras, and other sources.
- Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, and product managers to integrate image processing systems into products and applications.
- Conduct research to stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in image processing technology and incorporate these advancements into the companys products and services.

Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, C++, and MATLAB.
- Knowledge of image processing techniques and algorithms such as filtering, morphological operations, edge detection, segmentation, and registration.
- Experience with popular image processing frameworks such as OpenCV and MATLAB Image Processing Toolbox.
- Familiarity with hardware such as cameras, sensors, and GPUs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
