سيتم تحديثك بأحدث تنبيهات الوظائف عبر البريد الإلكترونيWe are looking for an experienced Telesales Sales Trainer to lead our Telesales team and create implement and set up operational workflow sales training and customer quality assurance to achieve set KPIs for the department in terms of lead conversion and customer satisfaction.
Evaluate the performance of team members.
Assemble and organize teams for optimal performance in the telesales department.
Manage the listing team KPIs and salesfriendly listing processes.
Create workflow and regulations for team and department operations.
Create and optimize listing workflows and processes.
Design develop and implement comprehensive telesales sales and customer communication training programs.
Create training materials including presentations manuals and multimedia visual aids.
Incorporate regular daily sales role play sessions into training programs.
Conduct onboarding for new telesales members with proper orientation and training.
Set up regular oneonone sessions to provide feedback to team members.
Develop and implement KPIs and assessment tools to measure effectiveness and team performance.
Conduct weekly sessions with HOS & TLs to improve underperforming listings.
Listen to phone calls with lead qualification to evaluate customer journey experience.
Improve the quality of both incoming and outgoing marketing calls/communications.
Conduct indepth portal analysis for metrics (clicks views premium listings allocation).
Develop strategies to optimize performance and increase activity.
Assess listing quality to ensure optimal standards.
Analyze listings weekly strategize to improve underperforming leads and drive results.
Credit management Identify nonperforming properties and strategize credit redirection.
Analyze listing demand and lead generation leveraging market knowledge.
Create and optimize financial budgeting of portals as per business needs.
Engage with portal account managers for strategic marketing planning and collaboration.
Manage listings to sustain a leading market position.
Introduce new listing marketing portals/channels both local and international to drive business growth.
Fluent in written and verbal English communication skills.
Strong written and verbalRussian communication skills (preferred but not necessarily).
5 years of experience in Sales preferably in the real estate sector.
710 years experience in managing listings in the UAE real estate market.
2 years of experience as a Sales Trainer for the team.
Experience in global companies with worldwide reach especially in multilanguage lead generation.
Understanding the use of CRM Systems especially in terms of lead qualification.
Experience on UAE real estate CRM systems.
Indepth knowledge of sales training methodologies and best practices.
Expertise in real estate market workflows and processes.
Skilled team leader with expertise in the real estate market with preference for propertyfinder bayut etc.
Strong ambitious personality required to motivate and inspire a team of telesales agents.
Outstanding time management and organizational skills.
Organized with an eye for detail.
Exceptional organizational and project management abilities.
