Senior Process Engineer

• Contribute in the Processing Section s operational plans and support their implementation maintaining the production conditions and ensuring production targets are met in terms of quantity and quality to support the achievement of company s objectives.
  
• Perform process simulations using software like Aspen HYSYS to model and optimize oil and gas processing units.
  
• Prepare process flow diagrams (PFDs) piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs) and other technical documents.
  
• Review and evaluate new technologies and processes for potential implementation.
  
• Provide technical support to operations personnel for troubleshooting process issues and optimizing plant performance.
  
• Liaise with other engineers contractors and vendors to ensure project deliverables are met.
  
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company procedures.
  
• Assist the Processing Head in the Processing Section s budgets based on field development Company s production and annual/mid term production & maintenance plans related to Utilities facility and coordinate all related activities in compliance with the approved budgets and time lines.
  
• Contribute in the Processing Section s operational plans and support their implementation maintaining the production conditions and ensuring production targets are met in terms of quantity and quality to support the achievement of company objectives.
  
• Conduct process study such as WWD enhancement/H120 replacement/Alarm Management system/etc EPC and Operation Integrity
  
• Ensure compliance to all relevant safety quality and environmental management policies procedures and controls across the Department to guarantee employee safety legislative compliance delivery of high quality products/service and a responsible environmental attitude.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering
  
• 10 years relevant experience is required
  
• Minimum 8 years in Oil & Gas industry at engineer level
  
• Knowledge of safety regulations and standards in the oil and gas industry.
  
• Experience in using 3D modeling software.
  
• Project management skills.
  
• Strong understanding of oil and gas processing principles equipment and unit operations.
  
• Proficient in process simulation software like Aspen HYSYS or CHEMCAD.
  
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
