Qualification And Experience
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, engineering, or logistics. Additional qualifications in project management or a related discipline are preferred.
Minimum Experience
- A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in tendering and business development within the marine logistics industry, with a focus on the oil and gas and offshore renewables sectors.
- Sound knowledge of the oil and gas and offshore renewables markets, including industry regulations, trends, and project lifecycles.
- Strong understanding of commercial and contractual terms, with the ability to negotiate and mitigate risks effectively.
- Proven ability to manage and lead a team.

- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret technical and financial data to develop accurate cost estimates and pricing models.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to develop persuasive tender submissions and engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficient in using relevant software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite, CRM and project management tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tender submissions simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel as required to attend client meetings, conferences, and industry events (at short notice at times).
