We are inviting seasoned fitness professionals to be a part of our dynamic team for a highly rewarding opportunity as the Head of Programming for our clients Les Mills product in Dubai and UAE.

In this pivotal role you will oversee the entire programming department ensuring we maximise the potential of our Les Mills series across all clubs in Dubai and UAE. You are expected to streamline processes coordinate with our International Programming team and enhance the offerings to cement our clients position as a leader in fitness and holistic wellbeing in the middle east.

Key responsibilities include:

• Develop and implement the strategic plan for Les Mills programming in Dubai and UAE
• Coordinate with global Les Mills teams for program rollouts
• Train and develop team members through learning and development programs
• Set and maintain high customer service standards
• Contribute to sales and marketing efforts with insights on programming
• Oversee quality assurance in programming standards

Candidates should have:

• Proven leadership experience in fitness programming (head of programming programming manager program director etc.)
• Strong knowledge about Les Mills programming
• A passion for fitness and the capacity to inspire others with that passion
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Based in or be willing to relocate to Dubai UAE
• Les mills qualified and still passionately teaching
