Our client a leading Wealth Management firm are currently looking to hire a Portfolio Construction Analyst to join their private clients ;
Role Duties Include:
- Responsibility for the management of discretionary client portfolios in conjunction with agreed client mandate and Investment Committee guidance
- Significant client portfolio analysis with a strong focus on asset allocation, performance and risk drifts
- Acting as a point of contact between the team and Client Advisers on all investment issues
- Work closely with the Investment Strategy & Investment Selection teams to ensure that core portfolios deliver on their goals
- Comply with the Risk and Compliance frameworks, policies and procedures associated with the role
Requirements
- Relevant 3rd level Degree or Masters in business/finance/accountancy or engineering
- APA Savings and Investments qualification or equivalent is desirable
- Willingness to obtain the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation
- Excellent information technology capability, including a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office products (particularly Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of Bloomberg Analytics tools, such as PORT would be beneficial
- Demonstrable interest and understanding of investments and financial markets
