Restaurant Assistant Manager Qualifications:

• Minimum of three years of previous restaurant supervisory experience
• Strong working knowledge of store operations, and management principles, including scheduling, cost control, continuous improvement, and inventory control policies
• Must have intermediate-level computer skills (POS, Microsoft Office)
• Must have restaurant food preparation skills
• Must be up to date on food safety and health codes
• Must have the following traits: initiative, creativity, problem-solving, ability to delegate, accountability, great attitude, open to change, willingness to learn, adaptable
• Customer-focused with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Must have extensive working knowledge in customer relations and local store marketing

Restaurant Assistant Manager Compensation:

• A compensation range of $50,000 to $60,000 based on an hourly rate of $20 to $24 per hour with an average 45-hour workweek
• Achievable Bonus paid quarterly
