Cloud Infrastructure Technician

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or similar preferred. Equivalent IT related work experience may be substituted in lieu of a college degree
• Strong desire and willingness to learn and appropriately apply knowledge gained
• Fundamental understanding of IT concepts (servers, networks, TCP/IP, etc.)
• Creative approach to problem solving
• Basic understanding of cloud technologies
• Basic understanding of Windows based operating systems
• Experience in scripting languages (preferably PowerShell)
• Strong determination to impress customers by exceeding their needs and expectations
• An ability to work collaboratively as well as independently
• An inner drive to succeed and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high growth environment with minimal supervision
• Great people skills and verbal communication skills
