Location: Remote (Full time Mon-Fri) with occasional travel in the London/Manchester Office when required

Deliverables

• Creating compelling copy that s engaging, relevant and simple for customers in client's distinctive tone of
  
• Managing the delivery of new operational communications, working with subject matter experts and in house designers
  
• Working in different formats and channels, both digitally and
  
• Part of a team looking to ensure our customers communications experience is supportive and effective from start to
  
• Ensuring that the communications meet our regulations requirements, in particular Consumer Duty
  

Requirements

Project Partners are looking for a good all-round Communications Copywriter who has been there seen it and delivered it! Someone who has worked on a variety of projects where have led from start to finish in a range of organisations and sectors, ideally Financial Someone who exudes confidence without arrogance, who is able to articulate issues and looks for solutions, who is able to adapt to different organisational cultures and client bases and someone the client can instantly have confidence

• Strong experience in copywriting, including writing operational communications, emails/web copy and offline (letters/leaflets )
  
• The ability to step into the shoes of the customer, cut through the jargon and make the complex simple
  
• Experience in managing communications across a customer journey, providing a strategic view, and looking at the overall experience for the customer
  
• Experience in banking, finance-related or experience in a regulated environment
  
• Working with regulated communications, , financial promotions
  
• An ability to write copy in an engaging, accessible style and excellent proof reading/reviewing skills
  
• Comfortable with working with briefs, and being able to distil what matters
  
• Confidence in managing a range of stakeholders, being collaborative and flexible but equipped to influence and persuade where necessary
  
• A proactive, can-do attitude
  
• The ability to prioritise and manage workload, working on a range of projects at the same time, delivering when
  
• An ability to think creatively to deliver solutions that work for stakeholders and the brand
  
• Be able to work successfully as part of a team
  
• Strong knowledge of Adobe, Word, Excel
