Position: Senior Project Controller Emirati
Location: Abu Dhabi United Arab Emirates
Contract Details: Fulltime for our client
Our client a leading company in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Controller to join their team in Abu Dhabi. As a Senior Project Controller you will be responsible for overseeing the financial aspects of multiple projects and ensuring their successful completion within budget and on time. This is a fulltime position with our client offering a competitive salary and benefits package.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain project budgets forecasts and financial reports
Monitor project costs and expenses to ensure they stay within budget
Track project progress and provide regular updates to project managers and stakeholders
Identify and analyze potential risks and issues that may impact project timelines and finances
Collaborate with project teams to develop costeffective solutions and strategies
Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations for costsaving measures
Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and clients
Manage project invoicing and ensure timely payments from clients
Mentor and train junior project controllers on financial processes and procedures
Qualifications:
Emirati nationality is a must
Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project controlling preferably in the construction or engineering industry
Strong understanding of project management principles and financial concepts
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Fluency in English both written and verbal is required
