WORK DESCRIPTION:

Worker is responsible for evaluation of annual energy and peak demand savings attributed to the adoption of a new energy code using the 16 DOE Commercial prototype models ANSI/ASHRAE/IES Standard 90.1-2022 and 90.1-2019 by: running the model .idf files in Energy Plus or OpenStudio modified with Austin weather data and design day conditions, processing results to determine deemed savings per square foot, updating internal forms/reports with inputs and results, and analysis process. Plus, modifying two of the prototype models to create additional prototype models for analysis.

Worker serves as Project Lead of the Integrated Modeling Incentive program responsible for coordinating with the technical services contractor hired to conduct post-occupancy analysis for five participating projects by: supplying clients deliverables, monitoring and reporting project status, reviewing and approving final report, and coordinating the issuing of the final incentive payments.
