Participate in all phases of new projects/initiative to assist in scoping, prioritisation and requirements definition to support the organisation.
Liaise between HIS and the other business functions to assure effective delivery of existing services and functionality.
Work to build relationships with the process owners and business functions.
Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, and task and workflow analysis.
