Overseeing Daily / Weekly/Monthly Sales business activity as per management guidelines
Coordination with Client Consultant Subcontractors and Suppliers
Building M&E Design for BMS PA Fire Alarm FM200Telecom Lighting Extra Low Voltage Home Automation Lightning Protection and Earthing;

Coordination with procurement Team for tender quotation and project claims;
Coordination with Architecture Structure Electrical Process Mechanical and Control team for construction shop drawings;
Coordination works for Building TOP/CSC O&M Manual / As Built drawings and handover to client;
Support Project Team for schedule or manpower arrangements;
Supervise/coordinate installation and testing and commissioning of Building Services packages.
Develop cost estimates for B&S equipment and B&S works including of scheduling B&S works.

Requirements

Excellent coordination skills and communication skills in English both verbal and written.
Willingness to take on responsibility and work overtime to meet deadlines.
Ability to work with a diverse team
Ability to multitask and be flexible/adapt to rapidly changing project requirements/timelines.
Relevant Building Services engineering experience would be advantageous
Experience in Project Execution Supervising and Coordination with subcontractors consultant and Client.
Demonstrated knowledge of the Electronic Security System (ESS) industry including Intrusion Detection Systems Access Control CCTV etc. and demonstrated experience in integration of various security systems

Prepare the most adapted offer along with/without presales team to meet the needs of the customer in partnership with the technical support and principals.

Conduct facility onsite assessments and collate all data and documentation required for proposal response.
Preparation of RFP/Tender response Queries & Bid closure
