We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Executive Assistant to support our company's recruitment, retention, engagement, growth, and marketing The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced
Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
- Create job descriptions and post ads on job boards
- Filter resumes and evaluate candidates
- Schedule interviews and manage the hiring process
- Present offers and manage the onboarding process
- Build an email list of prospective candidates
- Create a company newsletter to send out to the prospective candidate pool
- Generate material for blogs on the company website
Retention:
Plan and execute weekly/biweekly engagement activities
Deploy satisfaction/engagement surveys and monitor employee engagement
Develop and grow engagement programs
Build a reference pipeline
Engagement/Growth:
- Help define and create a capability matrix
- Monitor skill and capability growth within team
- Articulate the value of billable staff in terms of skills/capabilities
- Identify employees who may leave and prepare for replacement
- Help implement the performance appraisal process
Marketing:
- Create and deploy social media campaigns for all Tulaa brands
- Automate social media campaigns using tools such as metricool
- Find content and develop large volume social media assets using tools like ChatGPT
- Prepare proposals and communicate with customers for 1st level support
- Organize meetings with developer teams for 2nd level support for customers
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Proven experience as an executive assistant in a recruitment or marketing setting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Experience with social media management tools and CRM systems
