; Plan B2B Sales Strategies to grow the awareness and acceptance of Products in the Retail and Horeca Take ownership; create Sales systems, processes and reports for the field sales and client engagement
; Relay Market feedback with the Sales Team and be a part of straitening the go to market strategy (channels, comp pricing, packaging, overall value proposition to clients, timing ) for new
; Foster and Maintain relationships with retailers, distributors, partners to effectively service their
; On boarding repeat customers / accounts for national retail / bulk
; Overseeing pre- to post-sales activities while ensuring the greatest level of client
; Focus on training, development and mentorship for the sales team - guiding them with their growth, clear business priorities and building a robust sales
; Co-ordinate with internal teams (quality, operations ) to ensure high service levels to clients and smooth
