Executive Driver

• Transporting the executives or clients at the time and place specified as per instructions.
  
• Ensuring a safe comfortable and private journey for passengers.
  
• Handling daily document collection and deliveries.
  
• Assisting with various jobrelated tasks assigned by the Office Manager and Personal Assistant.
  
• Mapping out driving routes ahead of time with the help of navigation applications/GPS devices to determine the best route considering privacy requirements.
  
• Staying up to date on road conditions and making necessary adjustments to routes.
  
• Maintaining the interior and exterior cleanliness and presentation of the car fleet promptly.
  
• Scheduling regular car service appointments and reporting any issues promptly.
  
• Assisting with loading and unloading any heavy packages and luggage.
  
• Flexible to take weekend occasionally and night shifts.
  

Requirements

• Full English proficiency is required.
  
• Additional foreign languages are an advantage.
  
• Excellent organization communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to maintain professionalism and privacy in stressful driving situations.
  
• Valid UAE driver s license.
  
• A clean driving record (no traffic violations)
  
• Excellent knowledge of UAE area roads
  
• Secondary education.
  
• Luxury car chauffeur driving experience including highend luxury vehicles.
  
• Minimum 5 years experience as a Personal Chauffeur (preferably in a 5star hotel) in the UAE with a strong emphasis on privacy.
