Chief Financial Officer

One of our esteemed clients is currently seeking a Chief Financial Officer to be based in Abu Dhabi.

Job Overview:

As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) you will be a crucial member of the executive team responsible for leading our financial operations and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the companys financial strategy to ensure longterm financial sustainability and growth.
• Provide strategic financial insights to the executive team to guide decisionmaking.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports including income statements balance sheets and cash flow statements.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Implement robust risk management practices and strategies to protect the companys financial assets.
• Stay updated on financial regulations and ensure compliance.
• Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes to align with the companys goals and objectives.
• Monitor and report on budget variances providing recommendations for corrective actions.
• Manage capital allocation to optimize return on investment and support strategic initiatives.
• Evaluate potential investments and assess their financial viability.
• Oversee daytoday financial operations including accounting taxation and treasury functions.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data and records.
• Build and lead a highperforming finance team providing mentorship and guidance to team members.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with investors financial institutions and other stakeholders.
• Communicate financial performance and strategies effectively.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in finance accounting or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role.
• Excellent analytical financial modeling and problemsolving skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strategic thinking and the ability to provide financial insights for decisionmaking.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
