TECHNICAL ENGINEER - PLUMBING

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the design implementation and maintenance of water and piping systems in residential and commercial buildings.
• Can handle several aspects of plumbing from water supply to sanitation drainage and heating or focus on a specialty.
• Analyzing buildings to determine suitable plumbing system
• helping clients identify ideal plumbing equipment
• developing project drawings and design amendments
• troubleshooting drainage issues and recommending longterm solutions
• enforcing compliance with workplace health and safety regulations
• interpreting blueprints to plan the installation of plumbing systems
• helping clients estimate the costs of plumbing projects
• updating executives and investors on a plumbing projects progress
• managing plumbing departments in construction firms

Knowledge and experience

• Candidates MUST have a minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience on the same field
• Good experience in building projects (Mixed used projects)
