Sales Director Packaging

In this role you will have the following responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company goals to drive revenue growth and market share within the packaging industry.
  
• Lead mentor and motivate the sales team to achieve targets providing guidance training and support to ensure performance excellence.
  
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients understanding their needs and providing tailored packaging solutions to meet their requirements.
  
• Stay updated on industry trends competitor activities and market demands to identify opportunities for business expansion and adapt strategies accordingly.
  
• Monitor sales metrics prepare regular sales reports and forecast revenue projections to track performance and present insights to the management team.
  
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including marketing operations and product development to ensure alignment and effectiveness in achieving sales objectives.
  
• Lead negotiations finalize contracts and manage pricing strategies in collaboration with the senior management team.
  
  

Requirements

To be considered for this role you must meet the following criteria:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field; MBA is a plus.
  
• Proven track record of at least 10 years in sales with a minimum of 5 years in a senior sales management role within the packaging industry.
  
• Strong leadership skills with experience in leading and motivating highperformance sales teams.
  
• Excellent communication negotiation and presentation abilities.
  
• Indepth understanding of packaging industry trends market dynamics and client needs in the UAE market.
  
• Strategic thinker with a resultsdriven mindset and a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
