We are seeking a motivated and experienced Joinery Site Engineer to oversee joinery projects at various construction sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that joinery work is carried out according to specifications, safety standards, and within project timelines. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of projects and showcase your joinery expertise.

- Assist with the planning and coordination of joinery projects, ensuring project specifications and schedules are met.
- Conduct site inspections to determine joinery requirements, measurements, and any issues.
- Using CAD software, create comprehensive technical drawings and layouts.
- Collaborate with architects, project managers, and suppliers to ensure that design plans are correctly interpreted.
- Work with the joinery manufacturing team to guarantee that supplies and components are delivered to the job site on time.
- On-site supervision and coaching of the joinery installation crew Monitor the installation of joinery to ensure excellent craftsmanship and conformity with project standards.
- Address any technical problems or difficulties that may develop throughout the installation procedure.
- Hold regular site meetings to provide project updates, handle any difficulties, and guarantee effective team cooperation.
- Maintain precision.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in joinery projects.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is essential.
- UAE Drivers License is mandatory
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong knowledge of joinery techniques and materials.
- Attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering. Proven experience as a Maintenance Engineer in the joinery or woodworking industry. Strong knowledge of joinery machines, including CNC routers, panel saws, edge banding, and sanding machines. Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. Strong organizational and communication skills. Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
