Responsibilities
• To teach in an enjoyable, creative, and inclusive way, promoting independence and ensuring every child makes progress.
• To develop positive working relationships with all members of the school community.
• To plan and deliver creative and engaging lessons, ensuring active learning and progress for every child.
• To lead extra-curricular activities, participate in staff training, and contribute to the school community.
• To comply with school policies and actively engage with the school community.
• To ensure children's safety and well-being at all times.
• To effectively communicate and direct the work of others.
