الوصف الوظيفي
- Purchases request from Port Rashid, Procurement Department, and IT Department.
- Delivery of documents.
- Transportation of office staff.
- Plan and optimize routes for efficient delivery.
- Stay updated on local traffic and road conditions.
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the vehicle, both inside and outside.
- Monitor vehicle maintenance and promptly report any mechanical issues or damages.
- Follow company policies and procedures related to vehicle use, safety, and security.
- Handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality as required.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and superiors, providing status updates on transportation activities and reporting any issues or delays.
- Report any accidents, or incidents promptly to the appropriate channels.
- Safety transport maintenance technicians to various job sites, ensuring they arrive on time and ready for work.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team to plan daily routes and schedules to optimize efficiency.
- Assist in the procurement process by picking up and delivering materials, tools, and supplies from vendors or suppliers to job sites.
- Keep accurate records of material pickups and deliveries.
- Respond to emergency calls and transport staff to urgent maintenance requests, ensuring a quick and efficient response.
- Maintain a well-organized vehicle to store and transport materials safely.
- Maintain detailed records of all transportation-related activities, including mileage logs, fuel receipts, and material delivery receipts.
- Be available for after-hours and weekend emergency call-outs, demonstrating readiness to respond to urgent situations.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and perform minor maintenance tasks, such as oil changes and tire checks, to ensure vehicle reliability.
