Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns across multiple channels, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and events.
Manage and optimize the companys website and digital marketing channels to increase traffic, engagement, and conversion rates.
Develop and execute product launch plans and go-to-market strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and customer service, to ensure alignment and drive business objectives.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the market.
Develop and manage marketing budgets and track ROI on marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Develop and maintain relationships with key industry influencers, media partners, and other relevant stakeholders.
Manage and mentor marketing team members, providing guidance and feedback to ensure high performance and continuous improvement
Requirements
Bachelors degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and best practices, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
Experience managing marketing budgets and tracking ROI.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decision-making.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Strong leadership and mentorship skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
Demonstrated creativity and innovation in developing marketing strategies and campaigns.
Knowledge of the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
