Now Hiring: Concierge Agent
Our Rooms Team is looking for a Concierge Agent who is passionate about delivering memorable experiences to our guests, ensuring five star luxury service consistently and proactively.
Working within our diverse and passionate Rooms team, you will be skilled and confident in all the tasks and duties of Concierge Agent with a proven track record of reliability and guest service.

Requirements
Requirements:
Minimum of one/two years of experience in similar position. Should be well versed with Hotel Software such as Opera (for example) and must be completely familiar with Rooms Policies and Procedures.
Warm personality, interpersonal skills and drive for results are essential. Applicants must be fluent in English and fluency in another additional language (For example: Russian) is a distinct advantage.
