RN - Dialysis

We are hiring Registered Nurses who have experience in nationally accredited hospitals or internationally accredited hospitals with DHA licenses or who can convert DOH/MOH licenses to DHA!

Departments:

1. Dialysis with ICU Experience

Job Responsibilities:

1. Provide high-quality care to critically ill patients requiring dialysis or intensive care.
2. Monitor and assess patients' vital signs, medical status, and overall condition.
3. Administer medications, fluids, and other treatments as prescribed by physicians.
4. Educate patients and their families on dialysis procedures, medications, and lifestyle modifications.
5. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians, nurse practitioners, and respiratory therapists, to develop and implement patient care plans.
6. Record and maintain accurate medical records and ensure patient confidentiality.
7. Adhere to hospital policies and procedures, as well as federal and state regulations.

Qualifications:

1. Active RN license and relevant certifications, such as Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
2. Minimum of three years of experience in Dialysis
3. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
4. Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
7. Physical ability to lift, move, and transport patients.
