- LPN - Charge Nurse that will be responsible for managing a 25 - 30 bed Long Term Care Unit or a 17-20 bed Skilled Nursing Unit at our Long Term Care and Rehabilitation facility.
- The Charge Nurse will be responsible for carrying out tasks including providing daily treatments, providing medications as needed, documenting care on residents, supervising CNAs and CMAs assigned to work on the unit caring for the same 25 - 30 LTC residents or 17- Patients.
- The LPN will be responsible for communicating with families and physicians about the care needs of the residents under their care.
- We maintain in accordance with CDC recommendations with the current pandemic of COVID-19, there may be a chance that you will be taking care of positive COVID-19 patients.
- As a Primary Stroke Center accredited by The Joint Commission, it is required that each nurse (RN & LPN) completes a NIHSS annually to fulfill our standards set by The Joint Commission. - Per our Stroke Coordinator
